BCE provided design services under a partnership with TBI Construction on this design-build contract to deliver a comprehensive remodel for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Anchorage Federal Building. The design focused on upgrading the second floor to create modern, secure, and functional office spaces. Improvements included architectural design for new tenant areas, introducing updated walls, cabinetry, countertops, finishes, doors and windows, alongside engineering solutions for security systems, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical/data infrastructure. BCE also designed a new electrical panel and integrated fire/life safety measures to meet federal standards. Renovations were completed across three distinct zones within the building and expanded office capacity while adding an upgraded private restroom and coffee station. BCE provided a fully coordinated architectural and engineering design package, ensuring seamless integration and supporting operational efficiency and security for federal personnel.
