Multiple Award IDIQ, Multi-Discipline A&E Contract, Facilities, Environmental and Transportation for Forest Service Contract


This IDIQ contract is for professional services of an architectural or engineering nature associated with the development, design, construction, alteration, or repair of real property, including the generation of designs, drawings, specifications, engineering reports, sustainability analysis/life cycle analysis, preparation or review of contract packages, performing site investigations, performing condition assessments and inspections, rating the load capacity of structures, reviewing the work of other engineers, providing drafting services, and providing construction support. Other services include, but are not limited to:

  • Surveys, inspections, review, analysis, planning, and design
  • The production design plans/drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and the preparation of bid/construction documents
  • Design review and code/regulations analysis of existing design documentation
  • The production of technical reports
  • The production of three-dimensional renderings and models
  • The production/verification of as-built drawings
  • The production of operations and maintenance manuals
  • Technical training
  • Feasibility studies
  • Technical investigations at field locations
  • Topographical and subsurface surveys and reports
  • Geotechnical engineering studies
  • Right-of-way plats
  • Traffic studies
  • Testing services
  • Scour analysis
  • Hydraulics reports and flow studies
  • Surveying and/or sampling and analysis of hazardous materials and hazardous waste products including lead-based paint, asbestos containing materials, radon, and materials/substances (e.g., soil and water) potentially contaminated with heavy metals, petroleum products, and other hazardous substances
  • Abatement of hazardous materials, such as: asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), lead plumbing, radon, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), mold, bacteria, or other hazardous chemicals or hazardous substances
  • Preparation of bid and construction documents for remediation of hazardous materials
  • Value Engineering or Value Analysis workshops
  • Construction Management Services and Engineering Support: Periodic or full construction inspection and review, submittal review, construction permit applications, preparation of contract modifications, responses to RFI's (Request for Information), contract record keeping, contract administration, project management and maintenance inspection, and engineering oversight of CERCLA removal actions and remedial actions
  • Dam work, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, downstream hazard assessments, safety inspections, emergency action plans, spillway analyses, fish passage assessments, decommissioning studies and designs, analysis of ancillary structures
